Colgate smiles with celebrities for Black and Latino audiences. And White audiences got Brooke Shields. And it just goes on and on and on and on and on…

No offense to Holly Robinson (I have the first season of 21 Jump Street on DVD), but if the AD has to caption an ad with your name, you're not a celebrity.

True. But the Colgate campaign also captioned the work featuring the Latina celebrity and even Brooke Shields. Which technically supports your overall statement. Robinson-Peete actually is reasonably well known for her roles in sitcoms like Hangin’ with Mr. Cooper, For Your Love, and Love, Inc.

qfDid you know that each of these ad were made by different agencies that specialize's in the different demographics represented in the AD's?

um, yes. although it appears that the advertiser has embraced a single concept and tasked agencies around the globe with "translating" the idea for each market.
