• Don Imus is seriously returning to TV, thanks to a multiyear contract with FOX Business Network. Imus probably figured if Michael Vick could return to the NFL, there was nothing to hold him back from reigniting his broadcast career. Wonder how Imus would refer to FOX Business News analyst Julie Roehm.
• O.J. Simpson is staying in jail, thanks to a decision by the Nevada Supreme Court that nixed a request to release him pending an appeal of his felony conviction. Don Imus will likely steer clear of commenting on this story.
