Star Trek Enterprise w/Fiber Optic Lights — Item: AMT 8772 Model Kit.
I have had this kit for years and I fear that I won’t ever find time to build it before I retire (if I can), and I’m looking for somebody to build this for me. I looked at the instructions and realized that this required spray painting equipment and finishing materials I don’t have and really don’t want to invest in at this moment. Also, it is a fiber optic kit and I want to expand the amount of fiber optic and replace the supplied bulbs for super bright LEDs. I’ll be able to supply the electronics for this if the builder is not experienced in modifying the electronics. I’m not looking for a perfect build because I’m not looking to spend a fortune to have it built. The best thing would be to email me with an approx. quote and a picture of some detail work you did on one of your own model builds to make sure I’m satisfied with your level of building experience. Include your phone number and if I like your work and price, I’ll contact you to discuss build and price details.
