Job Description:
Our client is looking for an Agency Creative Director who has significant digital experience, was raised on the art side, has worked for Fortune 500 clients and meets the following criteria:

– Be a thought leader in the development of creative ideas and strategies that create massive value for big brands

– Partner with the Managing Director and Global Business Directors in Chicago to concept and sell-through integrated digital ideas

– Be the point creative person in selling through ideas to CMO’s and VP’s of Marketing both within existing accounts and new business pitches

– Inspire design and creative teams both in Chicago and nationally; constantly raising the bar in digital and marketing creative solutions

– Utilize your deep experience in user-centered creative solutions and concept incredible user experiences both in the virtual and physical spaces

– Be part of the pitch “A-team”

– Motivate creative teams and serve as overall creative lead and manage creative teams on and across major engagements

– Show a mastery of emerging digital and online technologies and thereby apply creative thinking and strategy to leverage the channel
